Biography

Attorney Catherine H. Jackson is a skilled litigator at Bieser Greer in Dayton, Ohio, representing clients in complex civil and criminal matters throughout Ohio. Her practice focuses on litigation and appellate advocacy, where she brings meticulous preparation, persuasive writing and strong courtroom presence to every case. Her ability to navigate high-stakes disputes with clarity and precision has earned her the trust of both clients and colleagues alike.

Ms. Jackson earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Dayton School of Law, graduating one semester early. During law school, she served as President of the Criminal Law Association, a Dean’s Fellow and a member of the Law Review. She also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in both Constitutional Law and Criminal Procedure for achieving the highest grades in those courses. She demonstrated exceptional academic performance, finishing in the top 2% on the Ohio Bar Examination. She completed her undergraduate studies at Bethany College in West Virginia, earning her Bachelor of Arts in English literature magna cum laude.

Ms. Jackson is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio. She is also a member of the Carl D. Kessler Inn of Court, where she engages with peers and judges to promote professionalism and excellence in advocacy. She is an active member of the Dayton Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Clark County Bar Association. In 2023, she furthered her trial advocacy skills by completing the National Criminal Defense College’s Deryl Dantzler Trial College.

Prior to joining Bieser Greer, Ms. Jackson gained extensive private practice experience, handling a broad range of litigation matters, including domestic relations, criminal defense, negotiations and appellate work. Known for her analytical insight and composed advocacy, Ms. Jackson is committed to achieving just and effective outcomes for every client she represents.
