Directions

From the North

• Take I-75 South to the Third Street Exit, Exit 53A, which is on the left hand side.
• Follow the signs for Third Street once you exit off of I-75 South and proceed into downtown Dayton.
• Proceed eastbound and follow Third Street through 5 lights (the 5th light is at Main & Third Streets).
• PNC Center is a modern, half-round building located on the northeast corner of Third and Main Streets.
• Proceed through the intersection of Main and Third Street.
• An open air parking lot operated by AMPCO is located on the north side (left hand) of Third Street, just past the PNC Center building, between Main & Jefferson Streets. An automated cashier which takes cash and credit cards is available 24/7. Parking costs a flat rate of $7 on weekdays before 4:00 p.m., and $3 after 4:00 p.m. on weekdays and on weekends.
• Bieser, Greer & Landis is located on the fourth floor, Suite 400, of the PNC Center building.

From the South
